Mindcafe India is a Bhopal based start-up that provides an online platform for all mental health solutions at a single doorstep. Mindcafe brings Business to Business (B2B) Model with the aim of creating a healthy and peaceful environment among the members of companies and educational institutions.
Our model works on the No Nonsense Approach through which we strive to deliver authentic information & services through our team of experts while standing against misinformation & unsolicited advice. The social network of Mindcafe India is unique in itself as it gives reassurance to its users to go anonymous while sharing their thoughts, problems and state on mental health and get real-life solutions or answers to their queries.

Further, after extensive research about the most frequent and root-level causes of mental health problems in Indian society, we have curated a number of courses in collaboration with some of the best mental health experts in the country and abroad, ranging from general topics like overthinking to specific topics like uncouple with grace.

Role Description

This is a paid internship role as a Business Development Intern at Mindcafe India in Bhopal. The role involves tasks such as new business development, lead generation, communication, and account management to build partnerships and drive growth in promoting mental well-being solutions.
Moreover, as a Business Development Intern, you will play a crucial role in expanding our business-to-business (B2B) operations. You will work closely in the sales team to identify and develop strategic partnerships, data analysis, and keep records of constant follow-up with our clients.

Your day-to-day tasks will involve prospecting potential clients, developing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications
  • New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
  • Strong Business acumen and Communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Prior experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Goal-oriented mindset and ability to meet sales targets
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Highly motivated and self-driven
  • Experience in the mental health industry or familiarity with mental well-being services is a plus
