Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Store Supervisor to manage the daily operations of our store in Sonipat. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of supervisory experience, strong organizational skills, and excellent knowledge of inventory management, with proficiency in Excel for tracking and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management:

Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee stock levels.

Conduct regular stock audits and minimize discrepancies.

Ensure timely ordering of goods and proper storage of items.

Team Supervision

Lead and supervise store staff, ensuring smooth operations during shifts.

Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance as needed.

Assist in training new employees.

Customer Service

Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional manner.

Ensure the store provides excellent customer service at all times.

Store Operations

Oversee day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures.

Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store layout.

Assist in daily sales reporting and cash handling.

Excel Proficiency

Use MS Excel for preparing inventory reports, sales data, and performance tracking.

Analyze store performance metrics and suggest improvements.

Qualifications

Experience: 2-3 years in a similar supervisory role in retail or store management.

Skills

Strong proficiency in MS Excel for data tracking and reporting.

Good communication and leadership skills.

Knowledge of inventory management and store operations.

Location: Candidate must reside in or be willing to commute to Sonipat.
