Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Lean Digital Transformation
Responsibilities- Work with Ops leads Vertical Leads and customers to design, implement and drive Value
- Generating [VG] roadmaps and/or Transformation Roadmaps (Digital and Analytics Included)
- Work with Consulting, Solutions, Transition, Training, Ops and Practice to understand and deliver contractual commitments, deal books and customer priorities.
- Work closely with Operation and Functional Teams to identify process bottlenecks,
- conduct root cause analysis and implement process improvements & digital solutions across the business or organization.
- Support the aligned teams in their Lean Journey for continuous improvement and operationalize the Lean Approach
- Identify process improvement opportunities by conducting VSM, Gemba and floor walks.
- Conduct Lean Action Workouts, Kaizen events together with Operations and Customers
- Create roadmaps for transformation and Lean Initiatives and work closely with Business Leaders for realization of the same.
- Lead and deliver Lean Digital projects that improve end-to-end processes and driving significant business impact for customers.
- Work closely with Operations and Functional Teams to identify process defects, conduct root cause analysis and implement process improvements & digital solutions across the business or organization.
- Conduct Quality Awareness and Lean Trainings within the organization
- Initiating and leading projects that improve end-to-end processes.
- Setting, validating, and auditing measurement systems to deliver business impact.
- Building Process Excellence and Digital culture in the team Driving productivity and process improvement projects aligned with business initiatives.
- Supporting Transition teams in volume analysis, metric base lining and target setting for new processes
- Driving Standardization and Global Best Practices within the organization
- Interact with Clients to understand Key business Priorities and Opportunity dentification.
- Build detailed communication plans and work with significant communication and
- design teams to deliver impactful creative output and ensure timely adherence to those plans.
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent Project Management experience - Designing and driving small to large scale
- improvement & transformation projects
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent Problem Solving & Analytical bent of mindset
- Lean & Green Belt Trained, Tested, Certified
- Critical thinking & accountability
- Good Leadership, consultative & partnering skills required
- Relevant experience in the design, implementation, and administration of Digital
- transformation projects
- Relevant experience in Team Handling/ people facing role. Proven track record for handling 15 to 20 resources and keeping an engaged workforce
- Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills
- Problem solving skills with customer centric approach
- Must be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift work)
