Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Performance Marketer to lead and execute paid marketing campaigns that drive measurable results. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta etc, analytics tools, and growth strategies.

They will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
  • Identify target audiences and ideate compelling ad creatives and copy to engage them with graphic designer & copywriter.
  • Drive user acquisition, conversion, and retention through effective performance marketing strategies.
Performance Optimization
  • Continuously monitor, analyze, and refine campaigns to improve key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and overall campaign performance.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and ad placements to identify what works best.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and platform algorithm changes to maintain competitive advantage.
Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Create detailed performance reports and actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Implement tracking mechanisms (UTMs, pixel integrations) to ensure accurate attribution.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
  • Partner with content, design, and product teams to align campaigns with overall marketing and business goals.
  • Collaborate with external agencies or freelancers when needed to scale efforts.
  • Communicate results, challenges, and opportunities effectively to the leadership team.

Experience

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3+ years in performance marketing, digital advertising, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing high-budget campaigns with demonstrated ROI improvement.
Technical Skills
  • Expertise in advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
  • Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Ahrefs, etc.)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot).
Soft Skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
