Summary:
As an IT Service Management Representative, you will manage the delivery of IT production systems and services. Your role will involve supporting the infrastructure service management lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing risk to services.

You will provide operational support to ensure that production systems and devices are online and available. With your expertise in ServiceNow IT Service Management, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of IT operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality IT production systems and services.
  • Manage the infrastructure service management lifecycle.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to services.
  • Provide operational support to ensure the availability of production systems and devices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to make informed decisions.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in IT service management.
  • Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Train and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
Professional & Technical Skills:
  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
  • Good To Have Skills: Experience with incident management and problem management.
  • Strong understanding of IT service management principles and best practices.
  • Experience in managing IT production systems and services.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure and networking concepts.
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework and its processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
