Senior Recruiter (US) Job Description

About the Role:

As a Senior Recruiter , you will play a pivotal role in driving our US recruitment strategy. You will lead a team of recruiters, oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, and ensure we attract and hire top talent across various roles and functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive US recruitment strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Analyze hiring trends and market insights to identify top talent pools and optimize recruitment efforts.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
  • Team Management:
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering a positive and high-performing culture.
  • Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and empower team members to achieve their goals.
  • Monitor team performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Talent Acquisition:
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates skills and cultural fit.
  • Negotiate offers and close deals to secure top talent.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial outreach to onboarding.
  • Employer Branding:
  • Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent.
  • Develop and implement employer branding initiatives, such as social media campaigns and employee referral programs.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement innovative recruitment technologies and tools to streamline operations.
  • Track key recruitment metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in US recruitment, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of US employment laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Experience in sourcing and recruiting for a variety of roles, including technical and non-technical positions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in recruiting for tech roles.
  • Certification in recruiting or HR.
  • Experience with remote and hybrid hiring.
