Description

The candidate will also be responsible for training and mentoring junior pilots, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and maintaining accurate flight records.

• Conduct pre-flight inspections and ensure the helicopter is ready for flight.
• Plan flight routes and communicate with air traffic control during operations.
• Safely operate helicopters for various missions including transport, medical evacuation, and aerial work.
• Monitor and analyze weather conditions to ensure safe flight operations.
• Maintain logs and records of flights, maintenance, and inspections as required by aviation regulations.
• Train and mentor junior pilots and crew members on safety protocols and operational procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all aviation regulations and company policies during flight operations.

• Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with a valid Helicopter Rating from a recognized aviation authority.
• Minimum of 15-20 years of experience as a helicopter pilot, with a significant amount of flight hours in various helicopter types.
• Strong knowledge of aviation regulations, safety procedures, and flight operations protocols in India.
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with air traffic control and ground crew.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick decisions in emergency scenarios.
• Experience in conducting flight training and mentoring less experienced pilots.
• Proficient in using flight planning software and navigation systems.
