Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Relationship Manager at V21 Realty Plus in Pune Kharadi East. The Senior Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, providing guidance on real estate ventures, and leading a team of relationship managers.Additionally, they will handle negotiations, resolve conflicts, and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications- Minimum 2 Years experience in Kharadi Pune
- Knowledge of Kharadi East Pune projects
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Experience in client relationship management and business development
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations
- Leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
- Relevant certifications in real estate or relationship management are a plus
