Looking for a Business Development Manager for a small Web Development IT firm in an International platform.

Job Role work includes:
  • Online marketing
  • Online bidding
  • Client communication
  • Project management Job role is mostly marketing, bidding and client communication (Foreign clients- US/UK) over text or voice.

Project management only includes taking/understanding tasks from clients and assign to the programmer, delivering to clients, quality checks etc.

We’re working on PHP platform mostly, so the candidate should have a little bit of knowledge about PHP or web development.Key Responsibilities1.
Lead Generation & Sales Growth Identify and acquire new international clients for web development, software, and IT solutions.
Generate leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, cold emails, and networking events.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of potential clients.
  1. Client Relationship Management Build and nurture relationships with startups, SMEs, and enterprises globally.
Understand client requirements and propose customized web development solutions.
Manage client expectations, negotiations, and contract finalization.
  1. Market Research & Strategy Development Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer demands.
Develop strategies to position the company’s web development services effectively.
Identify potential partnerships, collaborations, and joint ventures in global markets.
  1. Proposal Writing & Business Presentations Prepare high-quality proposals, business presentations, and sales decks.
Work with the technical team to create project estimations, timelines, and deliverables.
Present case studies, client success stories, and ROI-driven solutions to prospects.
  1. Digital Outreach & Branding Improve the company’s visibility on online platforms like Clutch, GoodFirms, and LinkedIn.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted email campaigns and digital ads.
Represent the company in international webinars, conferences, and networking events.
  1. Reporting & Performance Tracking Track and report sales progress, revenue growth, and key performance metrics.
Use CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) to manage sales pipelines.
