We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Front Office Executive Male Candidate Only with 1-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.If you are passionate about hospitality and have a knack for creating memorable guest experiences, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and departure.
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and room assignments.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures.
- Assist in managing reservations and room availability using property management systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in front office operations in a hotel setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficient in using hotel management software (e.g., Opera, IDS, etc.).
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and cash handling procedures.
