We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Front Office Executive Male Candidate Only with 1-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and departure.
  • Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings and room assignments.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Process payments and manage cash handling procedures.
  • Assist in managing reservations and room availability using property management systems.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • 1-5 years of experience in front office operations in a hotel setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.
  • Proficient in using hotel management software (e.g., Opera, IDS, etc.).
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and cash handling procedures.
