We are looking for an experienced IT System Admin Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-15 years of experience in managing IT systems and infrastructure. The role involves managing a team of system administrators and ensuring that the IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

• Managing and leading a team of system administrators
• Ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and infrastructure
• Monitoring system performance and identifying and resolving issues
• Developing and implementing IT policies and procedures
• Managing system security and ensuring compliance with industry standards
• Ensuring data backups and disaster recovery plans are in place
• Providing technical support to staff and end-users
• Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless integration of IT systems

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or related field
• 5-15 years of experience in IT system administration and management
• Proven experience in managing a team of system administrators
• In-depth knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure
• Experience in implementing and managing IT policies and procedures
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and resolve issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Certifications in relevant technologies such as Microsoft, Cisco, or VMware are preferred
