Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to facilitate the development of the marketing strategy for existing and potential products, systems, and/or services. Each day, you will support the definition of the assigned market footprint (market presence, execution standards, and delivery model).You will also showcase your expertise by performing various market analyses.

This role is contributing to support the Robotics and Machine Automation Division in Bangalore, India respective Sales leadership with professional analysis and reporting of complex business & market data to derive actionable insights and improve management decision-making.
You will be mainly accountable for:- Execute primary and secondary research to gather relevant market data including macroeconomics, competitive intelligence and industry trends to support business area.
- Conduct bespoke assignments with tight deadlines ensuring data quality and compliance
- Work cross-function with business development, marketing and Sales, product and industry managers to gather requirement and translate business needs into relevant deliverables.
- Communicate research findings and insights effectively to management and relevant stake-holders
- Collaborate with data analytics to create and maintain database of business KPIs
- Contribute to standardization and optimization of market intelligence deliverables.
- Perform explorative research to identify new methods, tools and data sources to improve the efficiency and performance of the function
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in the field of automation and robotics
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Marketing or other equivalent field.
- Experience of 3+ years working in a Market Intelligence role or similar capacity with a proven track record of creating tangible impact
- Strong analytical and organization skills, including the ability to evaluate credibility and draw appropriate conclusions from large volume of data
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, preparing concise reports, presentations, and summaries.
- Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and experience on Power BI is a plus
- Knowledge on finance and accounting principles is added advantage
- Ability to work effectively in collaboration with global setup including multiple stakeholders
- A curious mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvement
