Your contributions will support our sales representatives and channel partners in delivering excellent service to our clients.

• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with creating and managing customer quotes.
• Maintain and update sales information in our database.
• Provide basic product training support as directed.
• Prepare initial sales documents and agreements.
• Ensure customer records are accurately maintained.
• Assist with scheduling sales meetings and appointments.
• Respond to basic customer inquiries via phone or email.
• Support in generating and distributing sales performance reports.
• Help with organizing sales events and promotions.

• Data Entry: Proficient in accurately entering data into sales systems.
• Customer Service: Basic skills in responding to customer inquiries.
• Time Management: Ability to manage time efficiently to support sales tasks.

• CRM Software: Basic knowledge of Customer Relationship Management tools.
