You will be responsible for implementing and supporting CRM solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and improve customer experience.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, understand business processes, and provide technical solutions that enhance CRM capabilities. Your expertise in both the technical and functional aspects of CRM systems will drive the success of our projects and ultimately ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document business requirements in order to design effective CRM solutions.
- Implement and configure CRM applications, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with both technical teams and key stakeholders to design integrations and interfaces with other systems.
- Conduct functional testing and support user acceptance testing to validate solution effectiveness.
- Provide training to end-users and deliver ongoing support to ensure optimal usage of CRM systems.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues related to CRM data management, functionality, and user experience.
- Stay updated on CRM trends and best practices to continually improve system performance and capabilities.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 13-20 years of experience as a CRM Techno Functional Consultant or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP CRM) and best practices.
- Technical skills in CRM-related programming languages, such as APEX, JavaScript, or SQL.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration with clients and teams.
- Experience with project management methodologies is a plus.
