Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a General Insurance (Motor & Health) Specialist. This role involves providing insurance coverage and assistance to our clients in the motor and health insurance sectors. The successful candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in the insurance industry and will be based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.This is a full-time position with LMV Financial Services Pvt Ltd.
Qualifications And Skills- 1 to 3 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in motor and health insurance
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies, terms, and coverage options
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain complex insurance concepts to clients
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload
- Customer-oriented mindset and dedication to customer satisfaction
- Negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using insurance management software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
- Assess clients insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage options for motor and health insurance
- Explain insurance policies and terms to clients, ensuring they understand the coverage and benefits
- Process insurance applications and renewals, collecting necessary information and documentation
- Handle client inquiries and claims, providing assistance and guidance throughout the process
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policies
- Stay updated with industry regulations and policies to ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Collaborate with team members and insurers to negotiate favorable terms and premiums for clients
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients
- Contribute to the achievement of sales targets by actively promoting insurance products and services
