Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a General Insurance (Motor & Health) Specialist. This role involves providing insurance coverage and assistance to our clients in the motor and health insurance sectors. The successful candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in the insurance industry and will be based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

This is a full-time position with LMV Financial Services Pvt Ltd.

Qualifications And Skills
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in motor and health insurance
  • Strong knowledge of insurance policies, terms, and coverage options
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to explain complex insurance concepts to clients
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload
  • Customer-oriented mindset and dedication to customer satisfaction
  • Negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in using insurance management software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
Roles And Responsibilities
  • Assess clients insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage options for motor and health insurance
  • Explain insurance policies and terms to clients, ensuring they understand the coverage and benefits
  • Process insurance applications and renewals, collecting necessary information and documentation
  • Handle client inquiries and claims, providing assistance and guidance throughout the process
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policies
  • Stay updated with industry regulations and policies to ensure compliance with legal requirements
  • Collaborate with team members and insurers to negotiate favorable terms and premiums for clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets by actively promoting insurance products and services
