Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Maintain a professional and friendly tone while interacting with customers. 2. Lead Generation & Sales Explain products/services and convince potential customers to purchase.
Identify and qualify sales leads through effective questioning. Maintain customer interest and handle objections to close deals. 3. Customer Support & Relationship Management Provide information about products, services, and company policies. Resolve customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues when necessary.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers for repeat business. 4. Data Entry & Documentation Maintain records of calls, customer responses, and feedback. Update the CRM system or database with accurate customer details. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call performance and sales conversions.
5. Follow-ups & Feedback Collection Follow up with interested customers to complete transactions.
