Job Overview
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for managing and supporting the sales teams throughout the entire process, ensuring seamless coordination from order receipt to final installation at the customer&aposs site. This support role involves handling tasks such as order processing, tender documentation, and demo preparation, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties
Operational Aspects:
- SAP order entry - All Equipment
- Coordination & Back-office support for execution - Logistics & Service
- Sales Receivables tracking, follow up with Sales team & Reporting - coordination with Finance & Logistics
- Service Receivables tracking, follow up with ZSH & Reporting - coordination with Finance & Logistics.
- Turnover and UOV calls - Sales & Logistics
- Distribution Agreements - Coordinate with Finance, Legal & Compliance for Due diligence
- EMD - Follow up forold duesand recovery.
- Graduate in any field.
- Should have good knowledge in MS excel.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Should be able to work inset deadlines and have ability to work under pressure.
- IT skills
- Good in Task & activities management
- Knowledge of local language.
- A good understanding of computer system.
- Ability to identify and prevent workflow obstructions.
- Experience in monitoring, reviewing, and completing activities according topreviously defined priorities and SOPs.
- Effective communications within all working relationships.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
Supervision/Management of Others
NA
Internal and External Contacts/Relationships- All Getinge Group India operations and management team.
- Getinge Group India Commercial Operations personnel
- Getinge Group India Financial personnel.

- Ensures environmental consciousness and safe practices are exhibited in decisions.
- Use of computer and telephone equipment and other related office accessories/devices to complete assignments.
- The role require local and international travelling in order to stay close to major stakeholders.
