We are seeking a highly motivated Lecturer in Pediatrics to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the job market context of India. The Lecturer will be responsible for teaching and mentoring medical students, residents, and fellows in the field of Pediatrics.

The position will be based in our institution's Department of Pediatrics.

Responsibilities

Teaching and mentoring medical students, residents, and fellows in the field of Pediatrics

Designing and delivering lectures, seminars, and workshops

Developing and maintaining course materials

Conducting research in the field of Pediatrics

Contributing to the development of new programs and initiatives

Engaging in professional development activities and staying up-to-date with current trends and best practices in Pediatrics

Collaborating with faculty and staff across the institution to achieve shared goals

Participating in institutional committees and initiatives as needed

Skills and Qualifications

Master's degree in Pediatrics(M.Sc Nursing) from a recognized institution.

3 years of experience in teaching and/or clinical practice in Pediatrics

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Demonstrated commitment to teaching, mentoring, and research

Knowledge of current trends and best practices in Pediatrics
