• Maintain and update the company's B2B website, ensuring optimal performance, uptime, and user experience.
• Develop, test, and deploy custom WordPress themes, plugins, and features.
• Optimize website speed, performance, and SEO using relevant tools and best practices.
• Implement automation solutions to enhance website functionality and streamline workflows.
• Use AI tools to improve website processes, speed, and content delivery.
• Perform regular audits of the website to identify and resolve issues related to performance, security, and user experience.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure the website aligns with business goals and branding.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging web technologies, tools, and trends to drive continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3-5 years of professional experience in WordPress development and website maintenance.
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Proven experience in website optimization, including speed, performance, and SEO.
• Proficiency with tools like Google PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix, Lighthouse, and similar optimization tools.
• Experience with automation tools and AI-driven technologies for website enhancements.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Knowledge of server-side technologies and hosting environments.
• Familiarity with content delivery networks (CDNs) and caching strategies.
• Experience with version control systems
• Understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics to monitor website performance.
• Certification in WordPress or related web development technologies is a plus.
