Job Description:
We are looking for a versatileGraphic Designerwho will also take on the responsibilities of aSocial Media Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for designing graphics and managing social media content from concept to execution. You will create visually appealing designs and ensure they are effectively posted across various social media platforms after receiving approval.
Key Responsibilities:
- Graphic Design:
- Design high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts for social media posts, ads, banners, and other digital content.
- Develop visual content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create cohesive and compelling designs for campaigns and promotions.
- Revise designs based on feedback and ensure all graphics meet the required standards before posting.
- Social Media Management:
- Manage the end-to-end process of social media content creation, from design to posting.
- Create, schedule, and post approved content across various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn).
- Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Analyze the performance of social media posts and campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for future content.
- Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to enhance our online presence.
- Content Approval Process:
- Work closely with stakeholders to get design and content approvals before posting.
- Ensure that all content is aligned with the brand's tone, style, and guidelines before it goes live.
Qualifications:
- Experience:2-3 years of experience in graphic design and social media management.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Procreate).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience with social media management tools and analytics.
- Portfolio:A strong portfolio showcasing your graphic design work and examples of social media content you've managed.
