Role Overview -
As an Inside Sales Associate, you will play a key role in engaging with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and driving sales to maximize occupancy at Zolo properties.
Key Responsibilities -- Engage with potential customers via calls and messages to understand their requirements.
- Make 100-120 calls per day to generate leads and convert them into bookings.
- Explain Zolos offerings and highlight benefits to customers.
- Guide customers through the pre-booking process and resolve their inquiries.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive calling efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Bachelor&aposs degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Results-driven with a self-motivated approach.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
