Job Overview
We are hiring a Travel Consultant to join our team at Nexus Jobs. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their travel plans and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.We are looking for a candidate with less than 1 year of experience in the travel industry. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with both freshers and experienced candidates.
Qualifications and Skills- Less than 1 year of experience in the travel industry
- Knowledge of travel management and booking systems
- Excellent business development and client management skills
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to plan and organize travel itineraries
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling bookings
- Ability to adapt to changing travel requirements and handle stress
- Proficient in using travel planning tools and software
- Assist clients in planning and booking their travel itineraries
- Provide advice on travel destinations, flights, accommodations, and attractions
- Handle ticketing, hotel reservations, car rentals, and other travel arrangements
- Research and stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and related information
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Handle and resolve any issues or complaints that arise during travel
- Collaborate with team members and travel partners to ensure smooth travel experiences for clients
- Meet sales targets set by the company
- Assist in developing marketing strategies to promote travel services
- Keep accurate records of bookings, payments, and other relevant information
