Job Overview

We are hiring a Travel Consultant to join our team at Nexus Jobs. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their travel plans and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

We are looking for a candidate with less than 1 year of experience in the travel industry. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with both freshers and experienced candidates.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Less than 1 year of experience in the travel industry
  • Knowledge of travel management and booking systems
  • Excellent business development and client management skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to plan and organize travel itineraries
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling bookings
  • Ability to adapt to changing travel requirements and handle stress
  • Proficient in using travel planning tools and software
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in planning and booking their travel itineraries
  • Provide advice on travel destinations, flights, accommodations, and attractions
  • Handle ticketing, hotel reservations, car rentals, and other travel arrangements
  • Research and stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and related information
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
  • Handle and resolve any issues or complaints that arise during travel
  • Collaborate with team members and travel partners to ensure smooth travel experiences for clients
  • Meet sales targets set by the company
  • Assist in developing marketing strategies to promote travel services
  • Keep accurate records of bookings, payments, and other relevant information
