Job Title: Sales Executive - Flags Division

Location: Hyderabad, India

Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Flags Division in Hyderabad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of flags to businesses, organizations, event planners, and government agencies.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Business Development:
Identify and target prospective clients in Hyderabad and surrounding areas who require flags for their promotional, advertising, or event needs.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and utilizing online platforms.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  1. Client Relationship Management:
Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients to understand their flag requirements and provide personalized solutions.
Conduct regular client visits to showcase new products, discuss promotional offers, and address any concerns or inquiries.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and promptly resolving any issues or complaints.
  1. Sales Presentations and Proposals:
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the features, benefits, and customization options of our flag products.
Create detailed proposals outlining pricing, delivery schedules, and terms of service tailored to the specific needs of each client.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure new business opportunities while maximizing profitability.
  1. Market Research and Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments related to flags and promotional merchandise.
Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth, market expansion, and product innovation.
Provide feedback to the management team regarding product improvements, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives.
  1. Collaboration and Coordination:

Work closely with the marketing department to develop promotional campaigns, sales collateral, and advertising materials to support sales efforts.

Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely production, delivery, and installation of flag orders as per client requirements.

Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the advertising, promotional products, or event management industry.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills with the ability to handle objections and overcome challenges.
Excellent communication skills in English and Telugu, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications for sales reporting and client management.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for client visits within Hyderabad and nearby areas.

Preferred Skills: Knowledge of different types of flags, materials, and printing techniques.

Experience in selling advertising space or sponsorships for events and exhibitions.
Familiarity with local regulations and permits related to outdoor advertising and promotional displays.

Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach to sales.
