We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting local artisans and an ability to build lasting relationships with customers and partners.
Job Title: Sales ProfessionalLocation: Remote/Hybrid (with some travel to meet clients or artisans)

Job Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive the growth of Apneehatti's online marketplace. Target potential customers, including individual buyers, retail partners, and corporate clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to increase customer retention, satisfaction, and sales volume.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the diverse range of products available on the platform and effectively communicate their unique value propositions to clients.
- Lead Generation & Networking: Identify and approach new clients through networking, cold calls, emails, and social media platforms.
- Sales Reporting: Regularly report on sales progress, including lead generation, conversion rates, and sales volume. Use CRM tools to track and manage sales activities.
- Market Research: Continuously monitor market trends and competitors, identifying new opportunities to expand the brand and products.
- Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries and feedback, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and building strong long-term relationships.
- Promotions & Campaigns: Align sales efforts with ongoing promotions and campaigns, optimizing product visibility.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in e-commerce or retail sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for supporting local artisans and a deep understanding of their value.
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- Familiarity with online marketplace platforms and e-commerce operations.
- CRM experience is a plus (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing marketplace.
Salary & Compensation:
- Payout: 5,000 per month (fixed). Additional bonus depending on individual performance.
- Commission Structure:
- Additional incentives for meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Incentive Bonuses:
- Monthly Performance Bonus: Based on meeting or exceeding sales targets Rs. 70,000 per month.
- Quarterly Bonus: A bonus for exceptional performance and achieving long-term sales goals Rs. 2.1L .
- Other Benefits:
- Flexible working hours and remote work options. (Min. 2-3 hrs a day, time slots can be chosen between 10 am - 7 pm, and person should select time slots & inform by mail if they need to be changed).
- 6 days working (Sunday OFF).
Note: If the performance is not up to the mark, then the company reserves the right to terminate the employee within 15 days. The payout will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.
