Role: Talent Acquisition ManagerSkill: Recruitment & Selection
Job Description:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Ability to positively represent the organization to potential candidates.
- Experience in creating sourcing strategies to find those diamonds in the rough.
- Experience in coordinating with the management to identify the exact staffing requirements.
- Experience in measuring key recruitment metrics, like a source of hire and time-to-hire, cost per hire, cost savings, etc.
- Source and match candidates to defined profiles for specific open requisitions & create a pool of candidate data from job portals across different professional networks like: LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri.com, etc.
- Hands-on experience in social media hiring.
- Planning interviews, selection procedures, and scheduling interviews for specific job openings.
- Capable of creating a strong talent pipeline for the company's existing and future hiring requirements.
- Advertising vacancies on all major job posting sites, on the company's website, and on various professional network platforms.
- Compiling collective feedback of the interview from the technical team and adding details to the company's recruitment record.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science.
- MBA in HR would be a bonus
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience working in a corporate as a Talent Acquisition specialist.
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with minimum supervision.
