• Design and deliver training programs for new and existing employees on processes and systems.
• Conduct assessments to evaluate training effectiveness and employee performance.
• Develop training materials, manuals, and guides that align with organizational processes and objectives.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions using various methodologies to engage participants.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and gaps in employee knowledge.
• Monitor and report on training progress and outcomes to management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 2-6 years of experience in process training or a related field, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of training methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in both English and Hindi.
• Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training software.
• Ability to create engaging training materials and documentation.
• Analytical skills to evaluate training needs and assess outcomes effectively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple training sessions.
