We are looking for Sales Manager with 2-3 years experience in DSA sales like Home Loan, Personal Loan, Business Loan, LAP

Job Responsibilities

Personal Loans, Business loans, gold loan, and Education loan.

Directing and coordinating various marketing/sales/relationship building activities

Setup eligibility matrix for different kind of lending cases.

Requirements

• Drive home loan sales through the open market by identifying potential customers and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with builders, developers, and real estate agents to generate a steady pipeline of leads.
• Identify, onboard, and manage a network of connectors (DSAs, brokers, and financial consultants) to drive business growth.
• Understand customer requirements, provide appropriate loan solutions, and assist them in documentation and application processes.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
• Ensure timely follow-up with potential customers and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
• Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements in the home loan sector.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and timely disbursals
