### About the Role:

You'll play a crucial part in our sales pipeline by qualifying leads and scheduling meetings for our sales team.

### Key Responsibilities:

• **Lead Verification:** Call and qualify leads, verify contact details, and assess potential interest. Minimum 30 per day
• **Meeting Scheduling:** Set up high-quality appointments for the sales team, ensuring seamless communication. Minimum 10 per day
• **Sophisticated Client Interaction:** Engage potential clients with a high level of professionalism and courtesy, ensuring a positive and refined first impression.
• **CRM Management:** Update CRM with accurate details of leads, interactions, and meeting schedules.
• **Weekly Reporting:** Provide regular updates on call metrics, meetings scheduled, and feedback for process improvements.

### Key Qualifications:

• **Experience:** 5+ years in client-calling roles (preferably in luxury services, hospitality, luxury travel or high-touch industries).
• **Communication Skills:** Exceptional English proficiency, polished communication, and refined conversational style.
