Job Title: Inbound Sales Executive & Customer Service Agent

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Inbound Sales Executive & Customer Service Agent to join our team. This dual-role position requires an individual who can handle inbound sales inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and a results-driven approach. The Inbound Sales Executive & Customer Service Agent will be responsible for converting leads into sales and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the entire customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inbound Sales:
  • Handle inbound sales calls, emails, and chats from potential and existing customers, ensuring that each inquiry is addressed professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide detailed product/service information and answer customer questions to promote and encourage sales.
  • Convert inbound leads into sales by actively listening to customer needs, offering relevant solutions, and overcoming objections.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, KPIs, and other performance metrics set by the company.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the companys products, services, promotions, and pricing structures to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Customer Service:
  • Provide high-quality customer service by addressing customer concerns, questions, and issues in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Assist customers with post-purchase inquiries, including order status, returns, exchanges, and technical support if applicable.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
  • Educate customers about the companys policies, procedures, and available resources to improve their overall experience.
  • Handle customer interactions across various communication channels (phone, email, live chat, etc.).
  • Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and long-term loyalty.
  • Foster trust by being responsive, transparent, and proactive in addressing customer needs.
  • Follow up on customer satisfaction after sales and service interactions to ensure ongoing positive experiences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to provide feedback on customer preferences and trends.
  • Administrative Tasks:
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all customer interactions and transactions.
  • Update and manage customer profiles, sales opportunities, and service tickets within the CRM system.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales performance, customer feedback, and service metrics.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in an inbound sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively and empathetically.
  • Strong sales acumen with the ability to close deals and meet sales goals.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of CRM software, customer service platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A positive, proactive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is a plus.
