About the Role:
The Tech CRM personnel will play a crucial role in guiding customers through the entire process of their residential apartment community, from booking to flat handover. This journey involves addressing concerns, assisting with tile selection, and inspecting the flat to ensure high-quality finishes.The individual will resolve identified issues, conduct final inspections with customers, and manage car parking space allocation. They will also handle the issuance of NOCs for interiors and other essential tasks. In this role, the Tech CRM will ensure a smooth transition and build strong relationships with customers, reflecting the organization's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering - Relevant experience in residential apartment community construction, addressing customer concerns, managing handover processes, and effectively engaging with customers to foster strong relationships
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of construction and project management principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building customer relationships
- Attention to detail in documentation and reporting
