Responsibilities:
- Identify and execute improvement initiatives in IT & Back-office operations. This includes the overall management & life cycle of the initiatives and implementing using appropriate process improvement methodologies and tools
- Build all process flows, maps and identify hand-offs and cycle time for a customer journey and look at suggesting initiatives to improve the customer experience and where possible gain financial benefits
- Establish benchmarks based on business requirements
- Provide guidance and develop skills on implementation of process improvement frameworks such as Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen etc
- Process improvement by analysis of performance metrics and SLA’s
- Develop strong working relationships to create and sustain continuous improvement culture
- Work with on and US & PGS leaders to identify and develop business cases for transformation, re-engineer, migrate, improve processes
- Build and execute a reporting framework inclusive of on and offshore teams and share insights and
- Project management for organizational initiatives, migrations, improvements and transformations
- Governance and support responsibility for overall reporting needs for PGS including creation of dashboards and scorecards. This involves identification of metrics and measures for delivery organization. Data collection, analysis and reporting and automating wherever feasible. Propagate usage of tools, ensure data accuracy and data consolidation. Align the metrics to HO to avoid duplications
Qualifications:
Graduate/Post Graduate with additional certifications in Six Sigma and Project Management preferred
Additional Information:
- This position for the PGS Pensions COE will be responsible to drive multiple interventions in the business for both the PGS & US teams to drive operational excellence, process improvements for reducing cost, build reporting tools and technologies, improve productivity and reduce cycle time using industry best practices and knowledge etc. The role will also require to work closely with the broader business teams to drive multiple changes and also ensure successful test runs them prior to ‘Go Live’
- The role will also require to gain a full understanding of the Pensions landscape and build process maps, do VSM (Value Stream Mapping), build reports that help drive efficiencies in the business and then work with the IT & Product teams to help embed best practices in the tools/apps for the benefit of the overall business as well.
