We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is an entry-level position and we welcome freshers to apply.

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Assisting customers with product or service related issues
• Troubleshooting technical problems and escalating issues as necessary
• Providing product information and recommendations to customers
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborating with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience with customer service software and CRM systems is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
