Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (Field Sales)- Customer Handling:
Identifying the opportunities and sending the commercial proposal to the customers for new product orders.
Handling cold calls, sales.
Having price negotiation with the customers.
Having price negotiation with vendors for additional discounts.
Handling joint calls of customers, vendors, internal business unit.- Follow-up with Purchase Team:
Getting the purchase order, pricing, op's and sending it to the respective purchase team.
Monitoring the purchase team to follow-up with the customers and get the appliances and software licenses.
Following-up with the purchase team for billing of invoices for customers.
After installation then collecting of payment follow-ups with the purchase team.- Product Training:
Attending of product training at regular intervals.
Conducting product training for the internal sales team, if required.
Learning of new products and technologies.
Having monthly one product certification which is mandatory.
Helping ISR for sizing the product.- Meetings & Reporting to management:
Maintaining customers daily calls report.
Submission of weekly reports to the Reporting manager and Director.
Attending daily meetings with the sales manager and two weeks once with the Director.- Other Responsibilities:
Coordinating inside sales business development executives for follow-ups.
Must achieve the targets every quarter.
As a product manager driving overall team to achieve committed number for sonic wall and trend micro.
Any other work as requiredby management from time to time.
Fieldwork is also involved- to meet customers whenever required.
