Job Summary:
- The Product Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end product lifecycle while managing a team of Product Owners. This individual will collaborate across departments to ensure the delivery of a world-class Customer Experience Assurance Platform that aligns with company strategy and customer needs. The Product Manager will also guide Product Owners in developing roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives, and driving product innovation
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor a team of Product Owners, fostering a high-performance culture
- Set priorities and ensure alignment across Product Owners individual roadmaps and initiatives

- Strategic Product Management:
- Own and drive the product strategy and vision, aligning with overall company objectives
- Develop and maintain a high-level product roadmap that incorporates market insights, customer feedback, and technological trends
- Ensure a unified product approach across teams to deliver cohesive and innovative solutions
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver customer-focused solutions
- Act as the key liaison between executive leadership and Product Owners, ensuring clear communication of goals and priorities
- Represent the voice of the customer and stakeholders during strategic discussions
- Execution & Delivery:
- Oversee and support agile product development processes, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of product increments
- Facilitate sprint reviews, retrospectives, and planning sessions to maintain product development cadence
- Monitor product performance post-launch and guide the team in implementing improvements
- Product Documentation & Communication:
- Ensure comprehensive and clear documentation of product requirements, roadmaps, and release plans
- Deliver impactful presentations and reports to internal and external stakeholders, including release notes and demonstrations

Minimum Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record in leading teams and managing multiple products
- Strong domain experience in Cloud Contact Center (CCaaS) operations and technology
- Experience managing agile product development, balancing technical innovation with ease of use
- Expertise in guiding Product Owners to define Epics and Stories that solve business problems
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira and Aha! for product lifecycle management
- Solid understanding of software development processes and modern cloud-based architectures
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally to align and drive strategic initiatives
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in managing and scaling teams to deliver high-impact software solutions
- Familiarity with modern Customer Experience (CX) assurance tools and methodologies
- Strong analytical mindset, capable of synthesizing data to drive informed decisions
