About One Digital Land (ODL):

One Digital Land (ODL) is a digital marketing agency specializing in SEO and LinkedIn Management for tech startups and finance companies. As we grow, we are looking for an Intern to assist directly in Hiring, HR Documentation, and Administrative Operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in HR, recruitment, business operations, and documentation management, with direct mentorship and learning from the Founder.

Role Overview & Responsibilities:

As a Hiring & Documentation Intern, you will assist the Founder in recruitment, hiring processes, documentation, and administrative coordination. This is a dynamic role requiring strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Recruitment & Hiring Support
  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for open roles.
  • Post job openings on LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, and other platforms.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback collection.
  • Maintain a database of applicants and recruitment records.
Documentation & HR Coordination
  • Draft internship agreements, NDAs, offer letters, and contracts.
  • Organize and maintain employee and freelancer records.
  • Assist in onboarding new hires by preparing necessary documents and process checklists.
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms, agreements, and operational workflows.
Administrative & Business Operations Support
  • Maintain team trackers, project timelines, and operational checklists.
  • Assist in creating HR policies, SOPs, and process guidelines.
  • Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth administrative processes.

What We're Looking For (Ideal Candidate)

Currently pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.

Strong communication skills (both written & verbal).

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and good at multitasking.

Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and HR tools like Notion, Trello, or any ATS.

Comfortable handling sensitive data and maintaining confidentiality.

Bonus if you have experience with LinkedIn hiring, job posting, and HR documentation!
