We are continuing to build a high paced and lean team to implement and expand our safety capabilities across key Surface LH operation of IN Transportation. Amazon is now looking to hire an experienced, passionate, dynamic, analytical, innovative, hands-on, and (most importantly) customer-obsessed program manager.
We are seeking a Sr. Program Manager in India to help establish Amazon Transportation’s LH network. Internally, this leader will work directly with functions that cut across the organization, including technology, transportation, operations, WHS, Sustainability and externally with safety service providers, OEMs to drive a great customer experience for our program.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, passionate, highly analytical and detail-oriented, possess superior interpersonal and communication skills, and be comfortable working independently to drive growth and change in a fast-paced environment.Bias for action is an absolute must, and candidates must demonstrate a superior track record of delivering results.
Key job responsibilitiesEnsure a best-in-class safety, quality and productivity metrics.
Analyze key metrics from the operation of the program such as onboard, schedule, payment, implement initiatives to drive improvements including new technology developments.
Optimize and standardize the delivery partner experience journey.
Create strategy and take actions to develop delivery partner experience improvement with multiple stakeholders including Product, Technology, Marketing, Shipping & Delivery Services, Legal, PR, and Operations
Lead and coordinate large, complicated projects with multiple stakeholders.
Manage the field operation team of a specific region.- 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
