We're seeking a future team member in the role of Vice President Control II to join our Operations Control Management team. This role is in Chennai, Tamilnadu - HYBRID
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Planning and execution testing of key business controls to confirm the appropriate design and execution of controls .
- Control and risk education
- Supporting and challenging the use of the risk framework and carrying out other ad-hoc operational and risk support activities.
- Monitoring and analysis of various data points (Error analysis, KRI's etc) to identify areas requiring greater focus.
- Supporting the Operations Teams during the external SOC 1 process
- Supporting the Operations teams during any Internal Audits.
- This role will lead projects (including testing assignments) and although it is an individual contributor role they may assign work to other team members and provide guidance as appropriate.
- You may also be required to supervise the work of more junior professionals and lead projects to improve internal controls that keep up with regulations and corporate standards.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of total work experience preferred; experience in the securities or financial services industry is preferred.
