Business Development Executive - Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition and expand our staffing services. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales mindset, excellent networking skills, and the ability to develop long-term client relationships.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to business growth by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and closing deals in the recruitment industry.

HireGenie is a specialized talent acquisition company providing curated offerings for recruitment of Chartered Accountants (Qualified and Semi-Qualified), Company Secretary, Chartered Financial Analyst, MBA and other graduates and professionals in the field of commerce.

HireGenie works with leading consulting firms, corporates and startups in India and Middle East region to assist them in building their Finance team.

Location: Bangalore (Remote)

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients for staffing solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calls, and digital outreach.
  • Prepare business proposals and presentations.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Knowledge of recruitment and staffing industry trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

Role Requirements:

  • Experience in business development or sales, preferably in recruitment services.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • High level of professionalism and work ethics.
Education: Bachelor&aposs degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 1+ years in business development or sales.
Work Schedule: Monday Friday (Saturday half day)
Salary: Competitive, as per industry standards
