Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team in Pune. This role demands a proactive individual with a passion for talent acquisition, a strong understanding of technical roles, and a commitment to diversity hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for technical roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, skills, and qualifications for various technical positions.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, focusing on diversity and inclusion.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate technical expertise, cultural fit, and overall suitability.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through networking, referrals, and engagement with technical communities.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technical advancements, and talent market shifts to enhance recruitment strategies.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.
• Leverage recruitment tools and platforms to optimize sourcing efforts and track recruitment metrics.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably in the IT or technology domain.
• Strong understanding of technical roles, including software development, DevOps, cloud computing, and emerging technologies.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and GitHub.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• A demonstrated commitment to diversity hiring and fostering an inclusive work environment.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience recruiting for startups or tech-focused organizations.
• Knowledge of recruitment analytics and data-driven hiring strategies.
• Proficiency in using social media and job boards for sourcing candidates.
