Job Summary:

This role will play a critical part in leading digital initiatives that enhance business operations, user experiences, and technological advancements within E-commerce and CMS platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management:
• Lead and manage multiple projects across E-commerce and CMS domains, ensuring the timely delivery of digital transformation initiatives, within scope, and budget. Continuously adapt to new technological changes and optimize processes to drive digital innovation.
• Digital Transformation Leadership:
• Spearhead digital transformation efforts by integrating innovative digital tools and strategies within E-commerce and CMS projects. Guide teams in leveraging the latest digital technologies to enhance business agility and customer engagement.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA, and business stakeholders, to define project objectives and deliverables. Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications, ensuring alignment between business goals and digital transformation strategies.
• Technical Oversight:
• Provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that design and architecture decisions align with best practices for scalability, security, and performance in E-commerce and CMS platforms. Support the integration of new digital capabilities to elevate platform efficiency.
• Risk and Issue Management:
• Identify potential risks within the context of digital transformation and propose mitigation strategies. Resolve any roadblocks related to evolving technologies or shifting project requirements, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Quality Assurance:
• Monitor project progress and ensure that all deliverables meet high standards of quality. Ensure compliance with industry best practices and standards for E-commerce and CMS development, while maintaining a focus on delivering superior user experiences through digital transformation.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Evaluate project performance post-delivery, capture lessons learned, and incorporate feedback into future projects. Stay at the forefront of emerging trends in digital transformation, E-commerce, and CMS technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience: A minimum of 10+ years in professional project management, with at least 5 years focused on E-commerce, CMS, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of E-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager, Drupal), with hands-on experience leading digital transformation projects in these spaces.
• Project Management Tools: Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Trello, Asana, MS Project, or similar tools to track and manage digital transformation projects.
• Agile Methodologies: Practical experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies, with a deep understanding of how these frameworks can facilitate digital transformation processes.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams while managing expectations and fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex digital transformation concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges during the digital transformation journey.
• Certifications (Preferred): PMP, PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent.
