Overview
The Program Manager for the Lending Business plays a crucial role in overseeing and driving the success of various lending products and services within the organization. This position is key to ensuring that the lending programs are effective, scalable, and aligned with the company&aposs strategic goals.The Program Manager will be responsible for liaising between various departments, including marketing, operations, compliance, and finance, to ensure that programs are executed efficiently and meet the needs of our customers. With a strong emphasis on data analysis and performance metrics, the Program Manager will also be tasked with continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the customer experience and maximise profitability.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the lending landscape and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver results in a competitive and rapidly evolving market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement lending strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee the management of lending programs and ensure adherence to compliance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings.
- Monitor and analyze program performance and provide actionable insights.
- Develop performance metrics to measure program success.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Manage budgets and ensure financial alignment with lending goals.

- Identify and mitigate risks related to lending operations.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on lending products and policies.

- Innovate new lending solutions to meet customer needs.
- Engage with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with lending regulations.
- MBA from a top tier B-School is mandatory
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in program or project management within the financial sector.
- Proven experience in lending operations and product development.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance issues.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams.
