Job Description

Sahamati is seeking a dynamic and motivated Executive Assistant to support the CEO.

This role is based in Bengaluru and offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the CEO of a pioneering organisation that manages Account Aggregator, India's Open Finance Framework and ecosystem.

The ideal candidate for this position will excel if they can keep calm in a high-pressure environment. The candidate is required to coordinate the logistics of the CEO and demonstrate exceptional organisational and communication skills alongside a strong understanding of the Internet and information technology.

An MBA from a reputed business school with a computer engineering background is required, and fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Relevant experience highlighting their ability to handle administrative tasks, ensure smooth CEO operations, and approach challenges with detail orientation and creative problem-solving is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Executive and Strategic Support
  • Assist in evaluating and implementing technology solutions to support the CEO and organizational initiatives.
  • Prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations for internal and external engagements.
  • Conduct research and analysis to assist in strategic decision-making and project execution.
  • Provide support in managing relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and team members.
  • Manage communication materials (reports etc) on behalf of the CEO.
  • Manage key meetings for the CEO and monitor/follow up on key action items, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Special Projects and Initiatives
  • Work on special projects as assigned by the CEO, including industry research and event coordination.
  • Assist in organizing events, conferences, or forums where the CEO is a speaker or participant.
Co-ordinate with Administrative Assistant on Operational and Administrative Tasks
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including domestic and international itineraries.
  • Draft and review emails, reports, and other communication materials on behalf of the CEO.

Qualifications and Skills

Education:

  • MBA from a reputed business school.
  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering or a related technical field.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Leverage a strong understanding of internet technologies to streamline processes and tools for efficiency.
  • Familiarity with internet technologies, IT systems, and digital tools.
  • Strong knowledge of productivity software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.

Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:

  • Freshers are welcome, but prior experience in executive support or project management is a plus.

Work Environment

As of December 2024, the Account Aggregator ecosystem had 173 FIPs (Financial Information Providers) across banks, insurance firms, investment, pension and taxes and 580- FIUs (Financial Information Users).

Led by the CEO and guided by the Governing and Advisory Council, which consists of industry luminaries, the organization is at the forefront of shaping the Open Finance ecosystem in India.
