Job Description
- Education: Any graduate (preferably in Commerce, Business, or Healthcare).
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in AR calling, medical billing, or RCM.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good knowledge of healthcare insurance policies, CPT, ICD-10 codes, and claim adjudication.
- Ability to work in night shifts (if applicable).
- Proficiency in MS Office and billing software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
