Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and highly organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that data is accurately entered and maintained in our systems. The ideal person will have strong attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, and be comfortable working with various databases and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities
  • Enter and update data into company databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Verify and correct any data errors or inconsistencies.
  • Review data for discrepancies and make necessary adjustments.
  • Maintain and organize files and records for easy retrieval.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and documents as needed.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Communicate with other departments to verify and clarify data when required.
  • Perform regular backups of data to secure storage systems.
  • Support other administrative tasks as necessary.
Requirements and skills
  • Must have computer skills like Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point.
  • Typing speed must be 60-80 words per minutes.
  • Must have computer knowledge.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
