Climate School is the corporate training solutions business of AXA Climate, a global team of 200+ climate experts working to tackle climate change adaptation. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise clients in Asia Pacific, ensuring seamless onboarding, project delivery, and long-term satisfaction.

You will also identify opportunities for growth, foster deep client relationships, and ensure the success of Climate School rollouts.

What will your essential responsibilities include

.Manage and secure the deployment of Climate School initiatives within client organizations.

.Guide clients through post-sales processes, including technical preparation, marketing support, and launch readiness.

.Conduct regular reviews to align on success metrics and ensure client satisfaction.

.Oversee the delivery of additional projects, such as bespoke courses, new formats, translations, and content production, in collaboration with the operations team.

.Structure deliverables, meet deadlines, and fulfil reporting requirements to maintain high-quality standards.

.Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities within key accounts.

.Ensure contract renewals and maximize client retention through effective engagement strategies.

.Collect and analyze client and learner feedback to inform improvements for product, content, and marketing teams.

.Collaborate with clients to source success stories and optimize adoption strategies.

.Master and utilize tools like EdApp, Rustici, and Salesforce for client support and internal processes.

.Provide support for technical integrations with LMS/HRMS platforms and other systems.

You will report to - BD Lead, India and Middle East for Climate School.

.Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
