Sr. Onboarding Specialist, SmartCommerce

Smart Commerce has a suite of SaaS offerings under SmartCommerce: Smartbiz (website builder) enabling D2C brands to create and manage their webstore using this product, Smarthub (multichannel OMS) which enable sellers to fulfill orders on multiple marketplaces and DTC websites from one panel and Buy with Amazon (BWA) which is checkout product on D2C websites to aid conversion and reduce RTO.
In this role, you will work on providing end to end onboarding support to sellers onto Smart Commerce solutions. You will also work with a high-performing program, product management and tech teams whose primary goal is to build and grow performance first fulfillment solutions for sellers to enable them sell online across multiple marketplaces and DTC websites.You will also collaborate with external developer partners of SmartCommerce to manage end to end API integration between seller and marketplace. You will work in a collaborative environment with sales, account management, product and tech teams to grow and scale the program and reduce the onboarding time for the sellers.

You should be professional and customer-oriented, with the ability to meet or exceed annual goals and to manage multiple priorities and work on various projects with different teams simultaneously with variable and flexible schedules.
Key job responsibilities- Understand Amazon SmartCommerce products and services to onboard sellers
- Own and manage integration of a portfolio of key sellers' onboarding
- Integration Strategy: Develop onboarding and integration plan and identify key technical resources for integration. Create onboarding playbook with end to end checklist
- Work with internal Amazon teams and external developers to set and meet timelines to deliver high quality defect free integration for sellers
- Track and report integration performance using appropriate metrics after completing onboarding. Achieve productivity and seller satisfaction targets
- Be the front face of all seller interactions during onboarding and resolve onboarding and integration issues during ongoing engagement
- Engage with internal and external customers/teams to define requirements, test data integrity, verify business processes, and deploy product offerings related to onboarding
- Gather requirements and help build tools and processes to increase the ease and efficiency with which seller onboard with us, relentlessly work on finding ways to reduce the onboarding time for sellers.
- Support the launches of new programs, categories and features- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with tech tools like API suite, Marketplace tools (Seller Central, Denali, etc)- Strong understanding of ecommerce operations.
- SaaS or Merchant support experience.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL or pivot.
