The Job

Roles & Responsibilities:

Property Sales: Handle both resale (lease/rent) and off-plan properties.
Listing Management: Maintain and update listings of available properties.
Lead Generation: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

Regulatory Knowledge: Stay updated on property laws and policies.

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required:

Business Development: Strong ability to develop new business opportunities.
Target-Driven: Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with others.
Dubai Real Estate Knowledge: Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market is a plus.

Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English is required. Knowledge of

Arabic or other languages is an advantage.

Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

Relationship-Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Experience Required:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales. Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
