Job Description

As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in driving business growth through lead generation, client outreach, and relationship-building. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing leads, and converting prospects into clients.

This role requires a mix of online marketing, direct sales outreach, and in-person client meetings, with a strong emphasis on follow-ups to ensure successful client onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

o Identify and generate new business leads through a combination of inbound and outbound marketing strategies (including cold calls, networking events, and social media).

o Conduct research on potential clients (businesses, organizations, government agencies, etc.) who require e-waste disposal services and develop strategies to reach them.

Client Relationship Management:

o Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients in our database to encourage repeat business and upsell services.

o Proactively reach out to prospects and existing clients, conducting regular follow-ups to ensure conversion to paying clients.

o Schedule and attend face-to-face meetings with key decision-makers to discuss their e-waste management needs, present solutions, and onboard them as clients.

Sales Pipeline Management:

o Track and manage leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and appropriate responses to client inquiries.

o Set and track goals for lead conversion and sales activities, ensuring targets are met consistently.

Market Research & Analysis:

o Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and improve marketing strategies.

o Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.

Reporting & Performance Metrics:

o Provide regular updates on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and client onboarding progress.

o Use CRM tools and analytics to track performance, refine strategies, and report on key marketing KPIs. Key Qualifications:

Experience:

o 2+ years of experience in a marketing or business development role, preferably in B2B services or environmental industries (e.g., recycling, waste management).

o Proven track record in lead generation, sales prospecting, and client relationship management.

Skills:

o Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients face-to-face and over the phone.

o Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads and client accounts simultaneously.

o Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and social media platforms for lead generation and marketing campaigns.

Education:
