Assistant Manager - Business Finance

Job Summary:

This role will be responsible for driving financial insights, optimizing revenue strategies, and supporting business growth through data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning, forecasting, and decision-making.
• Provide financial analysis on key business drivers such as revenue growth, customer acquisition costs, and churn rates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess business performance and recommend strategic initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze SaaS metrics, including ARR, MRR, LTV, and CAC, to enhance financial efficiency.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Drive budgeting and cost management initiatives to improve profitability.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities to support business scaling.
• Assist in fundraising, investment analysis, and financial due diligence as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 4-7 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, preferably in the service sector or SaaS industry.
• Strong understanding of SaaS financial metrics and business models.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and forecasting techniques.
• Advanced Excel and experience with financial software
• Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience Power BI, or other data visualization tools is a plus.
