Job Posting: Cyclotron Operator/Engineer (Night Shift)
We are looking for skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as Cyclotron Operators/Engineers. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the production of life-saving cancer diagnostics. You will operate advanced radioisotope-generating devices in specialized environments, ensuring safety and precision in every task.
Key Responsibilities:
Shadow and assist qualified cyclotron operators to gain hands-on experience.
Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs for cyclotrons and related equipment.
Manage critical activities such as start-ups, shutdowns, target loading, and system installations.
Collaborate with the Cyclotron Radio-chemistry team to coordinate daily production activities.
Ensure personal radiation exposure is managed according to AERB policies.
Maintain detailed logs of performance, operations, and maintenance.
Support the operational manager and take on independent tasks when required.
Training & Safety:
Study and adhere strictly to safety procedures to ensure smooth and safe operations.
Be flexible and available for short-notice assignments and frequent paid overtime to accelerate training and ensure uninterrupted production.
Educational Requirements:
B.Tech/B.E. or Diploma in Biomedical Engineering.
B.Sc. in Physics.

Effective communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and overtime as required.
Work Schedule:
Shift Timing: Sunday night to Friday night, 10:30 PM - 8:30 AM (10-hour shifts).
Availability for weekend work and scheduled maintenance tasks, with paid overtime for additional hours.
